A 19-year-old male laborer, presented on 20/09/2017 with widespread psoriatic eruptions that began on the scalp and gradually extended over the entire body. The eruptions were accompanied by intense itching, aggravated in summer and in warm rooms, but ameliorated by exposure to cold air.
